How do I add a y-axis label to this graph (i.e. "Injury Count")?

proc sgpanel data=buo;

     panelby bu / spacing=5 novarname columns=1;

          ROWAXIS values=(0 to 24 by 2);

     vline ydoi / response=yr_osha datalabel;

     vline ydoi / response=yr_dart datalabel;

run;

label='Injury count' to your ROWAXIS statement.
