Is there any simple way to create one single graph(maybe a pannel with four quad) to present the result of simple linear regression including the fitted line, 95% of confidence limits, R-square, model paremeter estimate and its p-values,  normality Kolmogorov-Smirnov test result(p-value)

 

I'm very aprecitive of any helps.

Most of this happens automatically when you turn on ODS graphics:

 

 

ODS graphics on;

proc reg data=MyData;

model y = x / influence;

quit;

you can specify the statistics that you want in insets:
