I am running a proc sgpanel and my panel variable names are cutting off. Is there any way I can resize the graphs to make them fit?

SAS code:

proc sgpanel data=long;
    panelby group / layout=columnlattice onepanel noborder colheaderpos=bottom novarname;
    vbox score / category=time;
    colaxis display=(nolabel);
    rowaxis grid;
run;

You can specify WIDTH and HEIGHT on the ODS GRAPHICS statment:

ods graphics / width=1000px height=600px;

If you specify only width or height, the graph automatically maintains the original aspect.

Hope this helps!

You may want to specify SCALE=NOSCALE Or SCALE=Off as sometimes increasing the display area will increase the font size in proportion and not gain much.
