I have the attached data set and want to to make a vbar chart where column names from f2 to f10 would be columns in chart and each  column split in percent of the value/100 and in 4 colors for each category in column F1 in dataset.  I'm new to Sas and would appreciate help.

Without any data or what you have tried not much specificity in an answer can be supplied.

I would look here: http://support.sas.com/sassamples/graphgallery/PROC_GCHART.html which has many examples and links to code and data sets used to create them. Find one that looks close as a starting point.
