SAS/Studio does not include the SAS/GRAPH software that you need to run proc GCHART.  If your goal is to specifically learn the SAS/GRAPH software, you will not be able to do it in SAS/Studio.  You can find a lot of material in Robert Allison's web page, including reference to his book.

If you want to learn graphics using SAS, you can use the new SGPLOT procedure that is included in the product.  There are also many Graphics Tasks included in SAS/Studio that use SGPLOT.

You can see many examples in "Graphically Speaking" blog.

You can also see the "Getting Started" articles.

IMO there isn't a 'SAS' industry, there's an analytics industry and SAS is a tool that gets used to solved problems.

The ultimate goal is always to solve a problem so get good at solving problems, whether it's learning how to program and solve your own issues or the types of problems you may see in the industry of interest (ie banking, health, social, weather, energy, etc...).

Reeza has provided good advise.  Learning to solve problems using SAS with Ron Cody's book is a good start.  As far as graphics is concerned, if you are a new learner, I would suggest learning SGPLOT procedure and ODS Graphics.  These are the new graph tools in SAS, and all new development is happening with these procedures.
