This should be really simple. I just can't seem to find it and am in a hurry.

 

Here is the code:

Title "Percentage of Reported AIDS Cases To Persons with HIV Classified as Having AIDS" ;

Label Residence_Location = 'Residence Location' ;
    Vbar Residence_Location / freq=Diagnosed_AllPct ;

How do I change the name on the Y axis from "Frequency" to "Percentage %" ?
