Hello,

I am running a probit regression with PROC LOGISTIC. I would like to automatically present a plot of Observed and Fitted probabilities. This should be the PLOT=PREDPLOT command in PROC PROBIT. However, I don't know how to do this with PROC LOGISTIC.

This is what I have so far:

proc logistic data=sample_final_dataset_individual descending;

    model treated=year quart_avg_year_contract female age / link=probit;

output out=out predprobs=individual;

store probit;

run;

You can use the PLOTS=EFFECToption to create effect plots.

You can also use the EFFECTPLOT statement, as shown in the article "Use the EFFECTPLOT statement to visualize regression models in SAS". The article shows various ways to slice, dice, and panel the graphs.
