Hello,

I am wondering if it will be possible for me to obtain a bootstrap 95% pointwise confidence interval on my survival function in SAS? I am working with proc iclifetest with code:

proc iclifetest data=A bootstrap(nboot=500 seed=123) plots=(survival);
time (survival, died);
run;

I know you can obtain a bootstrap confidence interval using proc tspline but I cannot figure out how to do this for a survival function.

Thank you for any help!

Hello,

An option might be to use proc surveyselect to generate your resampled dataset, and then afterwards use proc lifetest on that dataset to obtain your 95% pointwise confidence intervals.

Many thanks,
