Dear SAS users,
how to make a bar chart with Gabriel's comparison intervals?
The GABRIEL option in the MEAN statement of the PROC GLM procedure
is for calculating the comparison limits. But how to make a plot with them...?
How can I intercalate the code in the PROC TEMPLATE procedure?
Thank you very much.
May 10, 2013 UPDATE:
To refresh the question I provide my code written recently (DV and IV is -dependent and in- variables correspondingly):
ODS SELECT NONE;
ODS OUTPUT CLMeans = _GabrielCompInt;
PROC GLM DATA = my_data;
CLASS ... ;
MODEL DV = IV;
MEANS IV / CLM GABRIEL;
ODS SELECT CLMeans;
ODS OUTPUT CLOSE;
ODS SELECT ALL;
DATA GabrielCI (KEEP = Method Level LowerCL Mean UpperCL);
TITLE "Gabriel's Comparison Intervals Table";
PROC PRINT DATA = GabrielCI STYLE (HEADER COLUMN) = [JUST = LEFT] LABEL NOOBS;
The approach I found in Long, Abolafia, and Park paper ( http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi31/261-31.pdf ).
So with SAS I could retrieve the table with data needed for the graph, but how to plot it now?
