I am using ODS RTF with GTL.

I use NOGTITLE NOGFOOTNOTE and BODYTITLE.  This makes my titles and footnotes RTF, outside the graph box but inside the page.  It's all good except I noticed there seems to be extra space between the botton of the graph box and the footnotes.  Two giant 12pt paragraph marks that I don't know where they came from.  I would like to use that space but I don't know how to control it.

There is also a single paragraph mark between the titles and the top of the graph that would be nice if I could make that smaller too.

The paragraph marks in the document are generated by the RTF destination, not by the graph creation process. You may want to cross-post your question in the ODS reporting forum.
