GRAPH - GRIDLINES

Hi

I am not able to get the gridlines on Yaxis, though I was using griddisplay=on.  And also; how can I customize the grid line color/pattern/line size?

Thanks in advance.

proc template;
define statgraph plotlab;
dynamic _byval2_;
begingraph;
layout overlay / xaxisopts=(display=(label ticks tickvalues) label='Visit' tickvalueattrs=(size=8pt)
linearopts=(tickvaluelist=(&incrm_x ) viewmin=1 viewmax=&maxvis_x TICKVALUEFITPOLICY=ROTATE) )
yaxisopts= (griddisplay=on label='Subject' display=(label ticks tickvalues) tickvalueattrs=(size=8pt));

scatterplot x=visitnum y=sub_vis / group=wma
markerattrs=(size=10px) name='a' ;

discretelegend 'a' / title = '' halign=center valign=bottom ;

endlayout;
endgraph;
end;
run;

Re: GRAPH - GRIDLINES

With graphics questions it is a good idea to include the SAS version you are using as options change (increase) with every release.

The GRIDATTRS option should control the appearance of grid lines and defaults to the active style's GraphGridLines style element.

I would be tempted to examine your active style for the value of the GraphGridLines style element. Perhaps for some reason it is using the same as the background color so the grids are drawn just not visible.
