Hi,

I am using GCHART to show volumes by city... so I've used City to "grouped chart by".

On top of every chart I am getting something like this

CITY=TORONTO

then my chart

CITY = NEWYORK

then my chart

how can I remove CITY= and just show the name of the city...?

Thanks

Depending on how you're doing things ...

You'll probably use the following to suppress the default by-titles...

options nobyline;

And then you can specify your own custom title2 (without the 'CITY=') using something like ...

title2 "#byval(&city)";

Google 'nobyline' and 'byval' for more info & variations of the techniques, such as ...

I had faced a similar issue while using Proc SGPANEL. I managed to solve it by using the NOVARNAME option. You can check if it works in proc gchart.
