Hi,

i have little problem to format the output of the pdf file.

I used

ods pdf file to generate a pdf file

That works, but the problem now is that I want to fit those 3 chart on one page. I really would like to change size of those charts.

I already tried startpage=never,  the log file tells me the statement is not valid or it is used out of proper order (Note I am using SAS 9.1).

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

BIG

THANKS

Hi,

Not sure what your using to create them, however with splot/graph template you can set gridded output to show multiple graphs on one page:

Or for GTL:

The first production release of GTL and SGPLOT was SAS 9.2.

i do not have a data to read in proc sgpanel.

I used shewhart procedure to generate a uchart

I get the pdf file trough

ods pdf file='mypath\name.pdf';

proc shewhart data=mydata ;
title 'u Chart for mydata';
symbol v=dot
cv=lightblue
CLIMITS=red;
   uchart F4*F1 / subgroupn=1;
run;

ods pdf close;

attached you find the pdf

but the charts are to big

You haven't tried to change the chart size. Please look at the link I posted.

Set the size of graphs manually.

Look at column option on ODS PDF statement if you want side by side graphs.

I think startpage is correct but maybe not for 9.1 - that's old - about 15 yrs I think.

Post sample code code if you're having issues and the log if you're getting errors.

Can you post your SAS version?

Run the following and see log

%put &sysver;

%put &sysvlong;

if you're really on SAS 9.1 you may not have options.
