I’m trying to work off of SAS article
http://support.sas.com/kb/44/319.html to customize a ghart tooltip in SAS 9.2. I can customize my tooltip using this method if I store the tooltip as part of a dataset. html = 'title="Term: Fall 2014 |
Degree level: Baccalaureate' |

The example shows the (only) way to create tooltips..
