Is it possible to control marker size by timepoints ? I want the marker size little bit bigger for the last visit for each patient.
I am using PROC SGPLOT and doing line plot of lab values by visit.
Add a column to your data in which all the values are same (say 1) and the value for the last visit is larger (say 2). use this column with the SIZE= role. You can also use the BRADIUSMIN and BRADIUSMAX options to control the sizing.
GTL SCATTERPLOT has a SIZERESPONSE=num-variable option, so you can size each marker by the value in this column. See GTL documentation. Alternatively, you can use the SGPLOT BUBBLE plot to draw circular markers with size variable.
proc sgplot data=sashelp.class;
bubble x=height y=weight size=age;
run;
Thanks. I want to control size of only one last marker (for last visit). Is there any option in SGPLOT to do that ?
There is a way to do this using discrete attribute maps. To give you a detailed solution, I would need to see your SGPLOT code.
