SAS forecast studio using input variable

Hi

i loaded my dataset into FS and created an FS project with input variable in the dataset. i use only simple input variable indicator "0 & 1" defined as whether its on or off

in my forecasting view, my input variables are perfect, showing 0 & 1 per time bucket as per my dataset.

however in scenario view, when i create a scenario, my input variable becomes negative ( -0 & -1). Im not quiet sure where it went wrong?
