SAS forecast studio project doesn't open

It happened to me previously with other projects where i had to delete the lock file and then they would open. But this is not the case this time. How can i retrieve this project i have saved the fps file and the fp file. Any thoughts?

Need a bit more info. Which version of Forecast Studio are you using? Desktop or Server? What are the fp and fps files you were referring to? thanks
