How do I write a source-differentiated almost ideal demand system model?

Dear SAS community,

Greetings.

I'm trying to build a source-differentiated almost ideal demand system (SDAIDS) model to estimate demand elasticities for different meat types using SAS V8.3 but I just can't figure it how it is done in SAS. I saw an example of an AIDS model in this SAS support website: https://support.sas.com/rnd/app/ets/examples/aids/index.htm. However, the example is not source-differentiated, and therefore I'm stuck.

My dataset is made up of 6 meat types (beef, goat, pork, poultry, sheep & other) from different countries: beef (from 4 countries), goat (5 countries), pork (6 countries), poultry (3 countries) & sheep (3 countries).

Can someone kindly help with the SAS code for the SDAIDS model?

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Patrick
