As organizations create analytic and data management workloads inSAS Viya, they are faced with challenges in balancing cost and agility. The SAS solution to balance good Viya performance with reasonable infrastructure costs is the SAS Workload Management add-on to Viya. SAS Workload Management extends the capabilities of Kubernetes by adding priority-based queues, providing the ability to control where and when jobs are processed based on prioritization and resource allocation. In this session, the value and features of SAS Workload Management will be discussed and demonstrated.
