To cope with the ever-changing world, need for digitalization is becoming a constant. While technology is advancing, it’s essential that they create business value. During this session, Team Linktera will highlight key steps of business process design and define their 4D Business Process Excellence Framework. Once business processes are defined and the solution design is created, it’s important to achieve a fully flexible, robust, adjustable, customer-centric and easy to integrate solution for transformation needs in a fast and affordable way. The team will discuss their business case from the 2022 SAS Hackathon. They focused on the digitalization of the customer-facing aspect of insurance: underwriting and claims management automation and digitalization. Analyzing and decisioning is a time-consuming process. With SAS Viya Intelligent Decisioning and Visual Analytics, user can give inputs and let machines do the rest.. Low-code platforms like Neula enable users to build workflows, user interfaces, task lists, databases and rule sets from scratch in no time.
