A Digital Twin Solution

We developed a solution to optimize mining production equipment operation using machine learning and optimization algorithms. Using SAS® Viya®, we created predictive models for key operational parameters. The models are integrated into an optimization task that seeks the best operation parameters based on set constraints and goals. Implementing these recommendations could increase processing volume by 1-2%, improve quality by 3-4%, and reduce energy consumption by 1.5%. This solution can easily be applied to other types of equipment and process steps.
