separate document windows (MDI) in SAS EG 5.1

I've been using SAS EG 4.1 and I like the feature of being able to use separate document windows. I recently moved to SAS EG 5.1 and I can't find that setting under Tools>Options. Does it still exist?

Edit: After posting this I found a way to stack the windows or show them side-by-side. If that is the only option I really don't like it. I would much rather be able to place the windows where I want them.
