Hi all,

I am trying to find out if SAS clients, such as enterprise guide and enterprise miner would run without issues on an aws workspace windows 7 vm. Any pointers would be very much appreciated. thanks a lot!

Hi,

My company deploy and host SAS on AWS and we have multiple customers using EG and EMiner via AWS Workspaces with great success.  As long as you ensure your workspace has communication with your SAS server environment you should be right.

Any idea how SAS enterprise licensing works for client tools in AWS workspace? Does it goes by the number of desktop/workspace or does it go by number of users?
