a dual axis bar chart

Is that possible to draw a double axis bar chart using SAS enterprise Guide task function (i.e. point-click not SAS code). The sample bar chart is attached.

 I don't think so. The only way I could plot two variables was with "Multiple Measures Vertical Group", but it used a common left Y axis.
