Hi, I have a dataset close to 3M observations. I am using RFM with independent binning and (R=9. F=9, M= 9;  total = 729) bins.

When I run the model, there are only 9*7*8 = 504 bins. My least RFM score is 132 and not 111.

Can anyone explain why this could be happening?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Anna,

I am running RFM in SAS Enterprise Guide.

Thanks

Hi akashyap,

Welcome to the SAS Support Communities! To clarify, where are you running RFM? Depending on that, your question is more appropriate for either the Base SAS or SAS Enterprise Guide community.
