I just download the SAS EG Ondemand software and it just can not connect to the servers, when I open teh app it asks for the usr name and password, and once I enter those it just stays on the sae screen that says it is "Loading" on the server tab, but nothing happens until I press "esc" and then it tell me that the connection was not established

This occurs due to wrong profile settings. Goto the profile settings(or click on 'no profile selected' in the bottom left) and try configuring the profile again. Once done, clcik on set active to see, if SAS Eg is able to connect to server.
My best guess is, the server port number would be incorrect, but please check and let me know, what you find.
