While user is trying to connect to the SAS application 9.3.
user is not able to access the application. bellow error is encountered.
SAS Activity-based management error
The underlying connection was closed.The remote name could not be resolved
user is tried to access the appliaction through Citrix.

This sounds like problem with your configuration or perhaps a backend service that the ABM application relies on. Do you have a local support team that can investigate? Otherwise you might need to work with SAS Tech Support to diagnose.
