Mean Per Unit Estimator

Hi: I have got all my tables flowing nicely from 7 different legacy databases and grouped my data in six buckets in EG 4.2. But the contractor who did this in the past then calculated a mean per unit estimator based on a quarterly error sample. My job: Apply the errors produced in the quarterly error sample to our monthly revenue and make an adjustment based on the error rate. Those guys used ACL to do there mean per unit estimation. Where would you go in SAS _ what PROC would you use to duplicate this ACL effort????
