How do I turn off the automatic join of the tables?

We like to do our own joins!

We turned this off in a previous version, so I know it can be done!

Thanks!

Jo

Definitely something you want to know. Especially since EG doesn't always pick the right columns to join!

Right click on the link between the columns, and click on "Delete Join".

Thanks for your response! We definitely delete the join and re- add.  My question is how to turn off the auto join part, since it is mostly not what we want in the majority of cases!

Perfect!

For anyone else reading this, it is tools>options>query

There is a picture of the screen in the attachment--

Thanks soooo much!
