We have a project with over 25 process flows. Most are no longer used but we want to keep them in case we ever have to check our methodology or rebuild our datasets.  Is there a way to hide or archive them?  It would make it easier to focus on what needs to be done in the project now if we didn't have to scroll through all of them. There's so many now that they don't fit in the dropdown, so you have to carefully mouse down and carefully click to get to the ones we're actually using now. While I could combine old ones, I don't really want to spend the time doing that.  Also, we anticipate continuing to add more process flows over time, so that would only be a temporary solution.

We are using SAS Enterprise Guide Version 7.1 (7.100.0.1966) (64 bit)

Thanks in advance for any help!

Good question!

There isn't a way to archive. I agree so many flows can make a project unwieldy -- and it makes for a large project file as well.

I recommend taking a backup of the project file and archiving that. And then use the Notes feature to document where to find it if it's needed...
