Having Trouble to Connect with Enterprise Guide

Hi, I am using SAS OnDemand for Academics for my school and I am taking the e-learning course SAS® Programming Certification Fast Track, it requires enterprise guide for programming 2. I downloaded the software, used my log in credential but I got an error to connect. Do I use the same login as my SAS academics account?

You can do all of the work you need for this class using SAS Studio and SAS on Demand for Academics. You really don't need to use Enterprise Guide...

Are you able to log in with SAS Studio via welcome.oda.sas.com?
If yes, then you should also be able to connect with SAS Enterprise Guide using the same login details.
If you can't please send an email to SASoda@sas.com so the technical support staff can investigate.
