EG 6.1 Can't import xlsx or txt file after long time with no use

Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum and/or a ridiculous question - I'm not a SAS expert at all. I just need to run some simple ANOVA analysis in SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1.

Anyway, haven't use SAS in a while (4 month or so) and now I can't get it running - Do I need some software update or what could be wrong?

This is what it looks like (can you see this image?):

It takes for ever to load and I can't click "Next" or "Finish" (same for .xlsx and .txt files)

If anyone have an answer I'd be grateful.

can you open up the servers fist?

There is no one open/active.  The import wizard will need a server, it could start one when all credentials are correct and active but it cannot present a popup when a change is needed.

Thank you so much for you quick response.

When I open op SAS 9.4 It appears I have a license issue - So I'm on to fixing that now and it'll probably solve my problems.
