I know this must be simple but I am a new user and haven't found out how to do this! I have several querys that send output data to text files. I need to be able to show what the values were since the data is filtered by it. Is there a way to create a calculated field showing these date variables? I can do it in a program too if I just knew how to access them. (I have tried assigning them to a variable using the name of the prompt with an ampersand in front of it such as: &promptname
Any help would be hugely appreciated!!!

Hi

May be this thread will give you some ideas:

Haven't searched the forum further but I'm almost sure there will be more Q&A around using prompts.
