Hi SAS experts,
I want to describe customer behaviour analysis. But i dont have much ideas about it in SAS EG. I have data set that contain various variables suct that customer attrition data, Product and Issue faced while using product of firm and transaction related data like checking & deposit balance pre and post complaints and pre and post complaints swipes data. But the main issue is how to increase data quality of Transaction data like Checking and Deposit balance card swipes data. I applied histogram and boxplot to check distrubution of data and i found its highly postive skew and data is not normal. How to make transacational data useful so I can further use it with customer attrition data.
