Hello Guys,

i have the following situation.

SAS EG 6.1

By the installation we made the following physically separation  :

SAS EG on one server (X)

SAS EG additionall products on another server (Y)

After installng i just tried to log in on my SAS EG APP server (X) and it was fine / works.

When i want to open the additional installed EG products on the another Server (Y)  i received the following message:

/Connection retry attempted with previously failed login/

Additionaly i am loging to the servers with my LDAP user. (LDAP sync exists) on server X succesfully.

I am not able to log on via SAS EG to the server (Y) with my LDAP user, and i receive the message above.

But its interesting that i am able to log on to the server (Y) with sasdemo user succesfully.

The both of the servers are accessible resp. i am able to ping these.

What do you think? What could be the cause of this issue?

Thanks and best regards

In that case this is likely an LDAP configuration problem which is best progressed with SAS Tech Support. I suggest you open a track if you haven't done so already.
