Every time when I trying to run SAS Enterprise Miner 12.1 on Winodws 7, it keeps prompting me the error message as " an error exists in the User Service configuration."
Sounds like EM is not able to connect properly to the mid-tier environment. I suggest you follow up with SAS Technical Support for the steps to diagnose this issue.
