Unable to subscribe to SAS Decision Builder via Microsoft Azure

Good day, 

We are trying to subscribe to the SAS Decision Builder on Microsoft Azure but get the below errors.

Steps taken so far

- Tried refreshing the page but still receive errors

- Ensured that correct permission is being used (Persmission is Owner)

We are a company based in Europe and was wondering if this product is available in the Europe region yet or are these errors related to other causes?

I've the same problem: "This offer is not available for Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Provider subscriptions."

My subscription have one model called "MCA" and have other contract models like "EA" and others:

I think you offer on Azure Marketplace is available only for Pay-as-you-go for Credit Card. This is a rare model contract used for customers.

You need to make available for all contract models.

Thanks for the assistance. We were able to subscribe for the product. We see the status is "PendingFulfillmentStart". Does this mean that there is a waiting time before we are able to use SAS Decision Builder?
