While running sas HP SVM, getting an error "One or more submitted variables is unary in the used observations", how to handle this?

I'm going to guess that the issue is when you remove observations that have a missing target, one (or more) of the inputs is unary. To check this, from the Variables editor for the HP SVM node, you can select all the variables then click on the Explore... button, then in the histogram for the target click on the bar for the missing values, then it should be apparent from the histograms for the inputs which one is input.  You can then set Use=No for that variable in the Variables editor.  Hope that helps!

Hi ,

Thanks for your reply.

Are you mentioning missing values have a missing target. Can you please explain bit more in detail?
