I am using the 7.1 Workstation version.

Ok..

My results are the same as the course, so we're going to need to trouble shoot this on your end. 

1)  Right click the regression node, then click "edit variables". 

2)  Click the "Level" column to sort variables by level. 

How many interval variables do see total?  How many do you see with a "Role" set to "Input"?

I have 30 interval variables.  Out of 30, 29 are set to Input.

Organics -> Data Partition -> Impute Node -> Recession Node
