Since a few days I get this error, and I can not use the software anymore.Capture d’écran (112).png

How to solve "The Security package failed while authenticating the user" error

 

Others who have encountered the same problem were able to address it following the steps in Problem Note 55227 which is available at 

 

http://support.sas.com/kb/55/227.html

 

Other things to consider:

  1 - Are the other users of the software experiencing the same issue?  If so, your server/system might be down or something might have changed.

  2 - Has anything changed since you used it last or is it the first time you are using the software?  If so, you might have a configuration or permissions issue.

  3 - Is it happening with all projects or just certain projects?  If with just certain projects, there might be a problem with the project and/or the diagram you are trying to access.  

 

 

If the problem is affecting all users and all projects, you might need to restart your server/systems (recommended to be done at least once a month), but you will likely need to contact SAS Technical Support if doing so (or following the steps in Problem Note 55227) does not address the issue.
