I will start a new modelling project on digital channel propensity of our customers
After completing this project we are hoping to calculate propensity to use digital channels for every specific customer
But i am no sure on one point...
Should i employ variables linked to banking product usages of our customers on this model or channel propensity requires only a general activity flags but mainly depends on demographic attributes...
