How does one define a split criteria for a decision tree in SAS or SAS EM ?

I'm trying to figure out uplift/netlift modeling, but none of the tools in SAS seem extensible enough to instantiate a prototype split

I remember once using PROC SPLIT to do something I beleive is what you are trying to describe.  It is part of SAS/EM.  This was a very long time ago however and I am no longer a user of this product.

I've been looking into proc split, but I don't see an option to change/customize the split logic.  Thanks for the note.
