Hi i am building a model which contains plenty of binary variables. As far as i know on Enterprise Guide correlation node enables us to calculate correlation matrix among 40 different variables easily. However for  "mean square contingency coefficient (phi value)"  i have to employ "table analysis" node and i could only check correl. between two specific variables at one time...

But my data set for modelling contains  about 45 binary variables, i have to run this node 45 to complete my correlation matrix for binary variables...

Do you know an easy way to get these calculations?

Regards

Omer,

Just to confirm that you got what you need from this other thread

Thanks,
