I am using following model, could you please guide me how could I compare these clusters to find our which one perform better?

The HP Cluster nodes aren't fitting a model, just assigning observations to clusters.  You could try using one of the modeling nodes after each of the clustering nodes and then do Model Comparison on those.

Dear Wenday,

is there other way to compare the clustering results ?

Like F-measure... 

I feel a little confused as the defined models all of them are based on supervised learning.

My research is about classifying the family of malware by using unsupervised algorithm.
