Ask away during the SAS Data Mining and Machine Learning Jam on Aug. 10

Grab your guitar, fiddle or tambourine and join the first SAS Data Mining and Machine Learning Jam session on the community. Not sure what that is? It doesn’t actually require a musical instrument, just your curiosity and interest in talking data mining and machine learning with SAS experts. Here are details.

What: If you’re stuck on a problem in SAS Enterprise Miner or SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning, ask the SAS experts that will be on hand to help during the Jam session. We’re always listening to the community, but this is a dedicated hour we’ve set aside to watch and respond in near-real time.

When: Thursday, August 10 from 10:00 – 11:00 am ET

Where: Ask questions right here on the SAS Data Mining and Machine Learning Community. Select New Message, type your question and post.

Why: The community is “open” 24/7, but during the Jam hour, know that your question will be seen right away by SAS experts and community rock stars. Think of it like an “office hour” for the community. We’ll be standing by if you need us. 

How: After posting, wait for a reply. If we need a bit more time for research, we’ll let you know. Or if your scenario is best for a Technical Support track, we’ll advise.

So start making note of your data mining and machine learning questions now. In fact, feel free to post your Jam questions on the community before the Jam. Just preface each subject with “DMML August Jam question: [subject of your question]” and we’ll address it during the Jam hour. You may receive responses beforehand but if not, know that it will be attended to on Aug. 10.
