Hi Eveyrone,

In SAS I can use the scale=pearson command to adjust for over dispersion in my model.  Does anybody know how I would do the equivalent in the HP GLM node of Enterprise Miner?

Here's the code in PC SAS that I'm trying to replicate somehow in Enterprise Miner:

Proc Genmod data=crab;

Model Sa=w / dist=poi link=log scale=pearson;

output out= data2 p=pred;

Thank you!

The SCALE= option isn't available in PROC HPGENSELECT which is used in the HP GLM node, but you could use the Negative Binomial distribution instead of the Poisson to help with overdispersion.
