What is new in DI Studio 4.2 and 4.21?

The DI Studio 4.2 and 4.21 release offers a number of notable enhancements the following is a brief list of features added to DI Studio 4.21

New Data Sources
- SAS/Access to Netezza
- SAS/Access to Neoview

New SAS Code Importer
- Enables you to import existing SAS programs into metadata and create DI Studio jobs
- This provides enhanced management and control of code

New Teradata Loader
- Supports Teradata FASTLOAD, MULTILOAD, TPUMP , and FAST EXPORT
- Also support restart-able Teradata loads

User Interface Enhancements
- Indicators show what parts of jobs are pushed down to a RDBMS for processing (in-database)
- Additional Table options
- Enhanced Expression Builder

Enhanced Checkpoint Restart
- Enables you to restart a job at any point, means that you don’t have to re-run an entire job.

Enhanced Worktable support
- Can redirect worktables to a RDBMS
