I tried to connect SAS Management Console via cygwin with the below command, but I couldn't connect. Looks like my pc ( BASD-LT-PBK0RTX ) is refusing the connection

It was working up to a few weeks ago, then it hasn't worked since

/data/SAS_93/SASManagementConsole/9.3/ >./sasmc

connect BASD-LT-PBK0RTX port 6000: Connection refused

/data/SAS_93/SASManagementConsole/9.3/ >

Any likely cause for the error to troubleshoot?

Thanks.

The standard question is: If it worked in the past but doesn't anymore now then what has changed?
