After the data clustering is finished, how can I define the logic that will give me only one (the best) matching result?
Is it by using 'Survival Identification' node? Or do I need to do something else? What is the usual procedure in this case?

Please send me detailed explanation.

Thank you!

That's where the Surviving Record Identification node is used. With it you build business rules that describe how you want that best record to be composed for each cluster of matching records. The documentation explains how the node works.
