Hello everyone I'm having issues with the file-reader not reading in a value like such.

1999-12-31 00:00:00

Here is what I have tried thus far.

DATETIME19.

DATETIME20.

DATETIME22.3


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on how to resolve.

I have tried the following encoding.

WLATIN1 & UTF-8
